RMG To Buy PRN?

We’d be amazed if RMG has enough money, even if PRN were heavily discounted but the rumour we heard last week in Vegas was that RMG are first in line at the moment to buy PRN.

Maybe not first in line but somewhere in that line. And you’re right they don’t have the money but maybe they can find it. What I hear is that Kleiner wants out, and this is a way to get new investors into a new entity. Who knows – there is so much hearsay in this space. But more than hearsay is the dumb money floating around. Stranger things can happen. CBS did buy SignStorey. RMG is a bunch of disparate junk and PRN is a bunch of disparate junk – why not disparate junk squared?
