UK Estate Agency Network

The UK’s Independent Network of Estate Agents (INEA) is growing rapidly and now has something like 250 member agents.
It’s an interesting business model that many in the industry seem to think is threatening existing estate agency portal models that rely on high member subscriptions (rightmove etc.)
The interesting thing is their adoption of digital signage and their ready made screen signage solution that they offer to their current members (expected to grow to more than 1,000 property agents by the end of the year).
Over the last 4 years they have built a 13,000+ strong email list of estate agents and other property professionals so there is obviously scope for further expansion as well.
There’s no doubt that this could be quite a cool network in an interesting niche.
