News reaches us of more harm being done to industry software vendors with RFPs AND folks let’s not take this lying down, it’s a serious problem when supposed-potential customers (perhaps just like Dunkin’ Donuts RFP Number 4 but who knows) waste prospective-or-not vendors’ time with RFPs, pilots and showcases that may never happen or even lead to anything concrete.
