In Philip José Farmer’s Riverworld series (of books) there is a limit that a person can kill themselves (or be killed) and be resurrected before (a) it attracts the alien’s attention and (b) it stops working!

I’m starting to feel a little bit like that as I approach my very last 300 LinkedIn invites 🙁
