We just found out that Christie MicroTiles will be on exhibition at Hall 1, Stand D24 at PLASA 2010, at Earls Court, London, Sept. 12-15, 2010.
PLASA is a U.K.- based trade association representing member companies worldwide who work in the entertainment and venue technology fields. PLASA 2010 will reveal the newest technology for the entertainment and installation industry.
Christie Digital Systems will be showing the latest innovations from its range of digital display solutions and projectors, including Christie MicroTiles – the new ‘Digital Canvas’ that was the recent winner of the Janus de l’Industrie Award 2010 from L’Institut Franчais du Design.
As we’ve mentioned before, Christie MicroTiles offer spectacular, crisp visuals at any distance. These digital display tiles can be stacked and clustered like building blocks to create virtually seamless digital display walls of any shape, size or scale and can be reconfigured over and over again, to meet the needs of a variety of staging projects and installations.
Versus the trend for large single panel displays, MicroTiles’ small size means that they can be stacked and arranged to perfectly fit their environment, whie their small footprint and stunning image and colour quality optimizes return on investment.
