1080dots had a nice Shoot & Share solution on their stand at #ibc2010

Stand in front of the display, touch the screen, SMILE, choose the photos you like, enter your email address and you get your photos a few minutes later (they get your email address for marketing purposes as well of course) but overall a nice tidy solution.
