Toronto-based Dorsey Digital Media Inc., a Digital Out-of-Home media services provider to business, and Megamidia, total solution provider of media and communication solutions to the retail, supermarket, and restaurant sectors in Brazil, have formalized a strategic partnership that will see them collaborate on business and market development opportunities in Brazil and North America.

The companies will focus their combined 360-degree media and communication management capabilities in digital signage, in-store music, custom promotional magazines, on-demand corporate training networks, POP management programs, and related media advertising and promotional services and position these to diverse businesses on both continents.
