JimmyWhite147 (a famous snooker player and if you know anything about the game – the 147 suffix on the twitter name is clever) tells his followers “@Lord_Sugar persuaded the largest snooker exhibiton promotor to advertise my forthcoming exhibitions with @amscreen_Simon! Hope it works!”There’s been a bit of back and forth on twitter about the campaign, looks like it’s a two week booking via LinkLocal in and around the Blackburn area to promote a @Snookerlegends exhibition.
This is the second time that snooker has taken to digital screens in the UK. ‘Power Snooker’ ran various campaigns on RAM Visions Mall network in late 2010.
