From an exhibit hall 20%-25% larger than last year in Las Vegas, to ‘killer keynotes’, to more agencies and brands expected to attend, and you have the makings of the April 27-28 Customer Engagement Technology World #CETW shaping up to be a very special event in San Francisco.
Being held at Moscone Convention Center North, the show and accompanying education and information sessions are all taking form, says Lawrence Dvorchik, CETW general manager.
“One of the exciting things is that we’ll have more mobile exhibits, and more digital signage vendors,” says Dvorchik. “And you’ll see more multi-channel integration for agencies and brands.
“Among new exhibitors will be Snibbe Interactive, Screenscape, Symon, Wifarer, and many more. You’re going to see a lot of new products and new solutions.”
Dvorchik says that it’s too early to tell yet whether attendees will be up over Las Vegas, but there are a slew of education and information sessions geared to interest them.
When we spoke, Dvorchik was finalizing speakers for a Mobile Strategies Round Table Forum. Among other sessions will be a Cooking Up Content Educational Series to provide agencies, brand marketers, network operators, end-user venues, resellers and integrators with critical insights into how to strategize, create, deploy and refine digital media content for optimal advertising effectiveness and increased ROI.
There will be several exhibit hall tours covering such specific interests as Multi-channel Customer Engagement Technologies; Digital Signage Connections; Kiosk Technology Deployment; and Mobile Engagement Technologies.
And there will be much, much more, including the 5th Annual Customer Engagement Technology Summit and the highlighting of the Digital Screenmedia Association Award winners.
And what also makes this show so special is that you don’t have to pay to attend. Professionals from brands, venues, ad agencies, DOOH networks and more can engage face-to-face with strategy and solutions providers.
Platinum sponsors include: Kiosk Information Systems, Nanonation, NEC and Samsung.
Throw in the opening reception, the Vukunet party, the DSA dinner cruise, and CETW has the makings of a great time to be had by all!

Looking forward to another great show being laid-on by Lawrence and the team. CETW has a friendly and focused feel about it, compared to other industry events only rivaled by Screen Media Expo in this respect.
This is fourth CETW show we have exhibited at and each year it has improved both for us exhibitors but most importantly for those attending with a raft of quality education and insight sessions plus tours.
See you all there!
