ohVoxel Launch OOHContent
Adrian J Cotterill, Editor-in-Chief
It’s great we think to see more content library type companies crop up. Announced this week was OOHContent a new online marketplace created to provide affordable, ready-to-play content specifically developed for the needs of digital signage and digital out-of-home network operators.
The service is managed by ohVoxel, a creative firm located in Barcelona dedicated to providing digital marketing and digital out-of-home services.
OOHContent’s ‘ready-to-play’ content is characterized by short, already-edited micro-documentaries that work with or without audio support. These ‘Content Capsules’ all have their own intros and graphics and, unlike stock footage library material, are fully contained, complete pieces that can go straight into playlists.
OOHContent capsules are grouped in themes, or series. The first series available for networks are a pair of sets featuring 15 60-second micro-tours of Europe’s great cities. The clips are independent units and can be viewed in any order, and are now ready for download in the OOHContent marketplace.
All clips are encoded for 720P HD displays, with standard definition as an option. The encoded video formats used are industry standard, to ensure easy adaptation. Content is bought in sets and one-times provide unlimited usage rights.
