Middle East Event Moved To June

Problems continue to plague the Middle East and we don’t just mean for the tin-pot dictators. News reaches us that Digital Signage Middle East 2011 fresh from the more recent ‘Pay To Speak In The Middle East‘ scandal have now had to move the event entirely from its original April date (18th and 19th with workshops 16th and 20th) to the 5th – 8th of June.
The reason given was “due to the political situation throughout the region which has caused difficulties in traveling” – that may have paid a part BUT we suspect a lack of folks willing to stump up anywhere between USD 2500 to 4500 for a delegate pass may have had something to do with the postponement as well!
