Hello! And Ocean Outdoor Stage Royal Wedding

This has been a great weekend for all royalists around the world. HRH Prince William and Catherine Middleton’s wedding attracted thousands in central London and around the world millions more people were glued to their TV screens.

But what if you are driving somewhere and you didn’t get to see Kate’s beautiful dress?, Well, courtesy of Ocean Outdoor and  Hello! Magazine, if you were driving on the A4 you would have been able to see the best images of the wedding on Ocean Outdoor’s Two Towers.

The four day live campaign is a media first and it allowed Hello! to capture more than 1.1 million motorists as they drove past the large format screens which flank one of the main gateways into London.

The first image featured on the elevated high specification screens at 12.30pm captured the Royal Bride in her beautiful wedding gown, which was designed by Sarah Burton.

The campaign publicises what will be the biggest ever edition of HELLO! in its 22 year history. A 264 page issue is published on Sunday, May 1.

*In Argentina only one national channel didn’t broadcast the wedding, the other four had nothing on except the events in London on Friday morning.

In the UK the wedding ceremony had a combined TV audience of more than 26 million on Friday morning, the biggest UK audience since the funeral of Princess Diana.
