The booth run by the one-year-old Wifarer Inc. located in Victoria, B.C. (Canada) got a lot of attention at Customer Engagement Technology World recently for its in-venue personal navigation system.
“We see it as the browser of physical space,” said Philip Stanger, CEO, seen here. “We’re currently installing it at Boston Logan International Airport and expect to have it in nine other airports this year.”
Wifarer’s navigation system will also be installed in the Royal British Columbia Museum this summer, and Stanger expects it to be of major interest for shopping centres as well.
