Glasgow – 150 media screens on the buses

At last, PurpledogTV after a year and a half of raising finance and getting things together are almost ready to launch their bus network.

January 2008 will see them have 150 media screens onboard Glasgow buses with which they will be targeting over 110,000 passengers every day.

In their 3 hour programme they will be using sound which I think is a big mistake but the content will be updated every day.

As previously reported Digital Video Systems of Weybridge, Surrey were appointed as the media technology partner.
