Here’s some of the not-to-be-missed sessions that you’ll be able to attend at Customer Engagement Technology World in New York this week (9th – 10th November 2011).

With mobile key in today’s marketing plans, you may want to take in ‘Building Customer Relationships Through Mobile Applications’.

Mobile applications allow brands to reach their target customers throughout their day at various locations and times, essentially building a relationship. This session will examine what it takes to create a successful mobile marketing campaign. From deciding on how mobile will help you meet your objectives, choosing the applications, and development content. Hear from experts as they share their successes and lessons learned from in developing a mobile marketing campaign designed to build customer relationships.

Another session that sounds interesting is ‘Upgrading Your Customer Experience Through Self-Service Technologies’.

Kiosks and other self-service technologies save time, add efficiencies and provide abundant information, literally at a customer’s fingertips. While all the time extending brand messaging, self-service technologies can be employed in just about any venue including retail, restaurant, travel, hospitality, healthcare, education and many more.

  • Ian Stewart, CEO, Colonial Downs

These are just two of the many sessions designed to help CETW attendees to leverage the integration of emerging technologies.
