Are JC Decaux about to make a global deal announcement?

There are strong rumours that JC Decaux are close to making an announcement about having selected a global digital signage partner.

I know of three software suppliers and one solutions provider that were short-listed.

Who will win? Can it be true? Can one provider win all that business?
