Two ex-colleagues of mine from my Intel Munich days, Christian Ehl and Sharad Gandhi have written a rather good book entitled The Social Resource – Translating Social Media into Business
“Download this book for free. It only costs you a Tweet!” says their website which will re-direct you to Amazon and allow you to get hold of a Kindle edition.
The authors define the Social Resource as your network of friends, family, peers, business colleagues, partners and customers.
The book elaborates on how folks can leverage this for business advantage; product development, branding, hiring, market intelligence, customer service, partner management, and sales and marketing.
Well worth a read.
