Mood Media Slash Senior Staff

It looks like Mood Media are in severe cost cutting mode at the moment as news of yet another ‘restructure’ reaches us. It looks like senior folks with both long and short service have been axed from the group on both sides of the Atlantic.
Tom Gantert who was COO Global Operations based out of the Muzak offices in Charlotte, North Carolina has been let go after 25 years service.
Luke Ireland, up until recently Chief Operating Officer – Europe at Mood Media also left the company after what appears to be only five months.
We are hearing that many other senior people have been axed so perhaps all that is Mood is not as glossy and rosy as they try to paint?

It’s going to be hard to pay off their $480 million loan when they continue to run multi-million dollar quarterly losses…especially when those losses are accelerating versus prior year.
