There are always so many people that you, and we, might want to see while at Digital Signage Expo so here’s a few more that we know will be reaching out with new products and services.
X2O (booth #823) is teaming up with several of its partners to show how X2O can deliver any content to any screen, anywhere. In addition to its most advanced video wall demo featuring live social media and interactivity via Microsoft Kinect, X2O will debut several powerful new solutions such as the X2O Social Hub, a multichannel version of the NITRO Digital Signage Player, and Meeting Manager software. Visitors to the booth will also see firsthand how the X2O Portal’s powerful content management tools can be used to drive players from partners with its new ‘Open Content Management Framework.’.
X2O players will be driving a gigantic 114” NanoSlim display from NanoLumens, an interactive wayfinding screen, tablet applications, and the new X2O Social Hub application. To highlight X2O’s new ‘Open Content Management Framework’ initiative, the X2O Portal will also be supporting third-party players from Exceptional 3D and Frame Jazz.
Capital Networks (booth #923) will be showing Audience 4.2, the The latest version of the Audience software platform. More powerful than ever and packed with features based on 20 years of customer feedback and support, Audience 4.12 features include: stereoscopic 3D effects; support of broadcast quality HD video; advanced scheduling features; newly added plugins; improved remote access to content through handheld devices; and social media applications.
In addition, Audience for Android is being featured. Powered by the android operating system and able to display content on android tablets and phones, the new Audience for Android digital signage solution provides a high quality, low cost alternative to traditional digital signage deployments. Visix Inc. (booth #851) will have its largest presence ever at this year’s Digital Signage Expo, leading educational workshops, participating in the New Products Pavilion, and showing new versions of its interactive room signs, wayfinding designs and digital signage software for organizational communications in corporate, education and healthcare markets.
Sean Matthews, president of Visix, will lead discussion groups on March 7 and 8, from 11:45 AM to 12:45 p.m. on ‘Campus Alerts: Incorporating Digital Signage in Your Crisis Communications Plan’. He’ll cover real-world crisis communication strategies, consideration for Common Alert Protocol, compliant products and using triggers to activate a variety of communication outlets in the event of an emergency.
Visix booth will show cost-effective interactive wayfinding designs, Power over Ethernet meeting room signs, and the latest versions of both AxisTV and Announce digital signage software applications. Visix’s Announce software will also be featured in the show’s New Products Pavilion.

iQmetrix, provider of retail management software, will showcase XQ Interactive Retail. iQmetrix will be joining its partner, Planar (booth #613) in providing attendees with a demonstration of XQ Interactive Retail touch-screen media Saas solution. XQ bridges the gap between the online and in-store experience by enabling consumers to browse product catalog information, compare options, and view related solutions.
