SmartScreen Limited, through its local partner Screen Media Limited, this week announced a new agreement with First Community Bank (FCB) to implement Digital Signage screens across branches in Kenya.
SmartScreen Limited last year announced a deal with Amscreen that saw them become the exclusive distributor of the UK’s largest nationwide digital media network owner’s innovative solutions across the Middle East and Africa.
Now, the UAE’s largest nationwide digital media network owner and operator is venturing into Africa through key partners in the region. SmartScreen, together with their exclusive distribution partner Screen Media Limited will work with Brand Builder Kenya, who have been appointed as the exclusive media sales agency.
This deal sees SmartScreen continue its expansion outside of the UAE, following the recent announcement of the growth of its forecourt network into Oman.

Adrian they, Amscreen need to get their business model in shape in the UAE before they expand into the Kenyan Banking system. I regularly drive up and down the Sheik Zayed road that connects Abu Dhabi with Dubai and either the screens are switched off or no in most cases with no content in the petrol stations.

I hope Stuart has not mistaken our indoor Amscreen with the outdoor projection media which is operated by another company. We closely monitor all our screens and to date each and every one of them is operational on a 24/7 basis. We also have several media campaigns running on screens across the entire Sheikh Zayed Road.
