Would it surprise our readers if we told you that our Awards Jury believed that the Best QSR / Bar or Restaurant Deployments are all in North America?
The judges were looking for the best digital signage deployment in the food, drink or leisure industry – and we said that likely finalists will have made use of background music, digital menu boards, customer messaging, point of sale or a combination thereof.
We’ve seen a few good installations around Europe (McDonalds in Romania, McDonalds in Italy, a few fast food outlets in the Netherlands) but they are all small and no where near the scale, quality and indeed longevity of those listed below in Canada and the USA.
The three finalists in this category are, in alphabetical order: –
- McCafe / STRATACACHE
- Subway / Real Digital Media
- Tim Hortons / EK3
The winner of course will be announced on Thursday 29th November in London at the DailyDOOH Gala Awards.
