Jen Douglas joined Scala in 2012 as Chief Financial Officer. In this capacity, Mrs. Douglas’ responsibilities include managing the Company’s worldwide functions of finance, technology, facilities and human resources. Mrs. Douglas brings 20 years of industry experience with a career foundation in finance and operations at General Electric Company. She has successfully achieved results in a variety of business cycles and is certified with GE as a Six Sigma Master Black Belt.
Prior to joining Scala, Mrs. Douglas served as FVP Finance & Risk Operations at Ambac Financial Group, Inc. Prior to Ambac, Mrs. Douglas was the Business Operations Leader, Digital Media for NBC Universal. Prior to NBC Universal, Mrs. Douglas was VP, Financial Planning & Analysis at JPMorganChase. Prior to that Mrs. Douglas held a variety of senior financial and operational positions within GE and its subsidiaries. Mrs. Douglas holds a BS in Industrial Engineering from Marquette University.
