Visitors to #ISE2013 will get a chance to have a play with a brand new version of Scala’s software.
Scala will showcase HTML5 and Android player support, a number of interactive features for mobile devices to engage with retail and corporate communications audiences, new Facebook and Twitter integration and the launch of Scala’s integration with the new Samsung Smart Signage Platform.
Scala Enterprise Content Manager offers…
- Better User Experience – an entirely new user-interface that leverages ‘Drag and Drop’ capabilities, eases workflow with helpful links and all available from modern desktop and mobile browsers
- Support for Android Players
- HTML5 Content – Both the new Android players and the classic Scala Players will support HTML5, as well playback content created using standard web-design tools
- Superior Integration and Extensibility – An all-new set of web service APIs for integrating, controlling, and extending its functionality
As in previous years Scala will be exhibiting some great integrations with tablets. Scala’s Fling solution allows a user to ‘throw’ content from a tablet onto a screen by the swipe of a finger. The Fling is now available on all operating systems; Android, Windows (8) and iOS tablets.
Look out also for Scala’s interactive car configurator, via an Android tablet, customers in a show room can alter the model choice, accessories and colors and immediately see on a large playback screen what the product of their choice will look like AND taking this from the retail shop floor and into the executive’s office – Scala will have an interactive CxO board solution on display, based on car sales data, giving business leaders the tools to visualize data and steer their operation in the right direction.
Scala can be found in Hall 10 Stand N129
