That $60 Million Fraud Scheme (MediaTile And All)

Back in May 2012, when we wrote ‘Scotts Valley Money Manager Charged in $60 Million Ponzi Scheme‘ it was just a certain John A. Geringer who was implicated but we noticed just before Christmas that his two partners at the GLR Growth Fund have now been accused of being involved.

Chris Luck, founding managing general partner of GLR Growth Fund LP, who was MediaTile chairman and Keith E. Rode who was a MediaTile director have also been indicted.

According to FBI documents the three of them were due in court last week.

Corum Digital Corporation of course acquired the MediaTile assets, after all this had kicked off, in August 2012.
