There’s always work for ex-Avanti Execs

The (AIM focused) investor discussion forums and bulletin boards are a buzz with why Stuart Chambers left his role as MD of Avanti Screen Media last week (he was at least allowed to exercise his stock options before he left).
Before his role at Avanti, Stuart Chambers worked on a number of digital media networks, including, according to Avanti PR material; Tesco TV (now Tesco Screens), Sainsbury’s Future Store, Sainsbury’s Bank and Marks & Spencer.
The week before last Film24 appointed Tim Greatrex as a Non-Executive Director.
For those of you who have been in the industry a long time (five years is a long time we think in our industry), many of you will know Tim when he was either Managing Director of Zenith Media UK (2001 time frame) or later when he was Chairman of Screen Network.
Screen Network of course was eventually sold to Avanti Screen Media for UK PDS 2 Million.
