STRATACACHE hit a milestone this week with the installation of its 50,000th Digital Menu Board within the quick service restaurant industry.
Five leading North American restaurants now power their restaurant initiatives with STRATACACHE Digital Menu Boards.
In just months, STRATACACHE installation numbers have doubled, further proving that the QSR industry is turning to digital media as the solution to eliminate recurring printing costs, generate significant incremental revenue and enhance the customer experience, while improving menu labeling compliance.
“As the QSR industry defines and future-proofs their businesses to keep pace with competitors and the changing regulatory environment, restaurants are learning the important role of digital media,” says Chris Riegel, STRATACACHE CEO.
Stratacache claims that, for national chains, maintaining compliance with federal, state, and local laws is made easy with its ActiVia for Media software. Localization and dayparting of content – easily managed from the ActiVia Web-based application on a PC or iPhone/Smartphone – eliminates recurring printing costs and gives restaurant owners the flexibility to adapt to changing menu items and pricing immediately.
Beyond traditional digital menu boards and feature panels, STRATACACHE offers innovations ranging from outdoor digital menu boards and mobile ordering to digital-to-mobile and more. STRATACACHE’s latest innovation – Digital Play – helps restaurant owners differentiate their dining experience with the most interactive gestural technology.
STRATACACHE’s ActiVia for Media software offers a dynamic merchandising solution for traditional multi-panel menu boards, specialty/feature product menu boards and outdoor drive-thru boards. With ActiVia, restaurants can easily change menu board items, adjust pricing, daypart menus, and promote special and premium items non-stop. ActiVia can seamlessly integrate with point-of-sale (POS) pricing and queue management systems for up to 250,000 concurrent devices.
“At STRATACACHE, we understand digital media and can create customized solutions to meet a restaurant’s specific needs,” said Riegel. “With our current installation schedule, we look forward to announcing our 100,000th Digital Menu Board by 2014, as we continue to enjoy great momentum in this space and the opportunity to serve leading brands in the U.S. and throughout the world.”
STRATACACHE will be showcasing its latest QSR experiences at the Multi-Unit Restaurant Technology Conference at Caesar’s Palace in Las Vegas March 13-15, 2013 in booth #60.
