It’s starting to become a bit clearer on what RMG Networks plans to do with its acquisition of Symon Communications, Inc.
RMG Networks (NASDAQ: RMGN) has two divisions; RMG Media Networks which in turn has in it, RMG Air Media and RMG Mall Media and RMG Enterprise Solutions.
RMG Networks also has a new tag line ‘Intelligent Visual Communications Delivered‘.
RMG Enterprise Solutions is the new name for Symon and will be headed up by Charles Ansley. We also understand that it will have an industry focus on retail, hospitality, telecom, finance, manufacturing, government / education.
