DSE Content Day – Morning Highlights

After a tenuous start of the conference – a bad 1st session, it seems things have improved. Here’s some highlights from the remainder of the morning session…

“Planning the digital path to purchase” – presented by St. Joseph’s Content.  Overall -a good, informative presentation, Didn’t learn about any new insights relevant to planning the digital path to purchase and the case studies were light on actual details and research info- but, Alchemy did have some nice flash content examples. I would say for a novice attendee – this was an intro presentation.

“7 Strategies for Better Digital Signage Results” – presented by WireSpring’s Bill Gerba – this was the best presentation of the morning. A perfect combination of relevant facts, research and best practices for more effective and engaging content. This presentation has something for both the novice and expert. Not to mention he took a whole lot of information – and presented it in under an hour while keeping everyone on the edge of their seat. A copy of this presentation will eventually be available for digital download from Wirespring- I highly recommend it – “well worth the download”
