Out-of-Home America Wilkins Media (OOHA Wilkins), based in East Hartford, CT and believed to be the oldest and largest independently-owned out-of-home media specialist agency, has acquired Upstate Outdoor Media LLC in Greenville, South Carolina.
The acquisition of Upstate Outdoor marks OOHA Wilkins’ third acquisition in 10 months.
Upstate Outdoor is an out-of-home media specialist agency that serves clients ranging from local business to Fortune 100 companies.
OOHA Wilkins operates out of offices in New York City, Hartford, Atlanta, Milwaukee, St. Louis, Chicago and San Diego. Founded in 1965, it was formed through the merger of Out of Home America, Wilkins Media, and Outdoor First.
