Waterloo Motion Delayed Til’ 2014

Terry may need to wait just a little bit longer before meeting Julie under the Waterloo Motion as we hear that structural problems are causing problems for JCDecaux at Londons’ Waterloo Station (part of the station is a Grade II listed building which might not help).
It seems like their giant LED, originally scheduled to go live in September will not now be launched until early 2014.
