Pixmen get everywhere, or are they Unidenmen?

Uniden is a home electronics company and these “Unidenmen” were unleashed on the unwary streets of Shimokitazawa, Japan.

Are the Unidenmen wearing (albeit oversized) Pixman wearable mobile solutions?
