Francois Huynh, a co-founder of Pumptop TV (now Outcast Media of course) tells us that he has has started MixTiVi.

His goal is to have a presence in the top 10 DMA within 2014 and currently have 75 locations installed in Los Angeles and the Orange Counties area.

MixTiVi aims to exclusively target women through a network of upscale nail salons.
