Millennial Media Completes Jumptap Acquisition

Millennial Media has completed its acquisition of Jumptap, a process initially announced in August, 2013.

“This acquisition further strengthens our position as the clear and independent leader in digital media,” says an announcement from Mollie Spilman, executive vice-president, global sales and operations at Millennial Media. “Through our expanded market offerings, our advertiser clients will benefit from new ways to engage and connect with their target audiences, and our developer partners will have additional revenue opportunities.”
