It’s (really) hard NOT to beat up on a company when you read things like this but there are some fascinating nuggets in WIRELESS RONIN TECHNOLOGIES INC’s Form 10-K dated 13-Mar-2009 not the least of which that getting rid of their old CEO and CFO in 2008 cost the company a total of $733,000 in severance expense related to these separations (err, they resigned).
