Once again, an impressive collective of top creative and industry figureheads have joined the judging panel for Ocean Outdoor’s annual Art of Outdoor digital competition.
The 2014 expert judges are Mick Mahoney, Executive Creative Director, Rainey Kelly Campbell Roalfe/Y&R; Sean Thomson, Chief Creative Director, Dare; Damon Collins, Founder, Joint; Elspeth Lynn, Executive Creative Director, M&C Saatchi; and Robert Ffitch, CEO of MGOMD.
Glen Wilson, managing director of Posterscope; Stuart Taylor, CEO, Kinetic, Chris Marjoram, CEO, rapport, James Copley, managing partner, Talon; Jon Mew, director of mobile and operations, IAB UK; and Adrian Cotterill, editor of industry bible DailyDOOH complete the line up.
The competition, which is staged in association with Brand Republic, is challenging the creative community to produce the most innovative digital outdoor advertising, including full motion, subtle motion and interactivity.
There are two categories to enter: Creative Techniques and the Interactive Category.
Entrants could win a share of a GBP 450,000 prize pot and a chance for their work to be showcased on Ocean’s iconic DOOH locations across the UK.
The competition is free to enter and is open until September 12. The winners will be announced at a prestigious awards ceremony at the IMAX in London on October 9.
