Carl’s Jr has, we are told, chosen ComQi’s EnGage solution for all of their restaurants in China… This is a Carl’s Jr Burger restaurant in Shanghai with one of the new digital menu boards.

One of the very few true digital signage displays seen so far at 2010 World Expo is this, what looks like, 6mm LED, shown in America Square. The image quality looked pretty reasonable.

Here’s a nice Samsung tiled display in the main lobby of the Australia pavilion. A couple of times an hour, aerial acrobats dressed in scuba gear perform for audiences in the lobby area (yes that’s right!).

This is the line of people, 08:30 am local Shanghai time, waiting to enter the Shanghai World Expo.
