Cisco Lays Off 1300 Reports Bloomberg

Bloomberg reported Monday that Cisco had laid off 2% of its staff, or 1,300 employees. That’s bad news even taken in isolation but let’s not forget that almost a year to the day (July 18, 2011 actually) Cisco reported that it was to reduce its workforce by 6,500 employees in the first half of August.
