Out of Home New York

New York Digital Signage Week first took place back in October 2012 and during its pre-Covid19 heyday saw as many as 45 events, 108 speakers and 5,500 attendees participating in the week (2019).

For its 13th year (this year, 2024) we once again thought the week needed something of a refresh and a name change to better reflect the sort of events that are typically held, so…

Out Of Home New York will take place October 14-18, 2024. The week will still be the usual heady mix of FREE and PAID for events – conferences, showcases, cocktails, open house, breakfast debates, tours and other ad-hoc activities.

Monday October 14

Coffee and Bagels at One World Trade Center (Freedom Tower). Details coming shortly.

DPAA VIP Newsmaker Dinner. The Annual DPAA VIP Newsmaker Dinner brings together leaders to discuss topics crucial to advertising, marketing and out of home. By invitation only.

Tuesday October 15

DPAA Global Summit. The largest global one-day media and marketing event with leaders from GM, Colgate-Palmolive, Mastercard, UM, GroupM, Rapport, Wavemaker, Omnicom plus updates on the upcoming US elections and musical numbers from Back To The Future The Musical. Registration can be found here.

Thursday October 17

Ad Art Show, a big event that honors the top artists within the advertising community. Last year, the top ten winners were showcased on billboards across America and the top three were also featured in Times Square. The grand prize winner also won a Clio. Sponsors include OUTFRONT Media, TIME, Omnicom, The Clios and TikTok. This year the event will be held on October 17 at OUTFRONT’s new offices on Park Avenue.

The suggested hashtag for the week is #OOHNYC.
