Fresh from PORTL Inc. closing a USD 12M Series A funding round back in November 2021 comes news that they are changing their name to PROTO.
We are told that “Proto” means “first,” and that the name change reflects the fact that the company was the first in the world to build a two-way, interactive holographic communications platform.
